Renzo & Sherree both trained at the 5-star Royal Hotel in Durban. Renzo was awarded Chaine des Rotiseurs South African Chef of the Year in 1996 & runner up in 1997, & Sherree was awarded the HITB South African Hotel Management Trainee of 1997. After this Renzo worked in the UK for 5 years & Sherree for 3 years in a variety of 4 & 5-star rated hotels & restaurants, before returning home to start their own business. They have built this company on the solid experience of having worked within 4 & 5-star hotels in South Africa & the UK, & feel their experiences in these top rated establishments are what have ensured that they continue from strength to strength since opening.

For your wedding or function, you will deal with one co-ordinator who will work with you from the beginning of your planning & will be there on the day until the end of dessert service. Many customers also confirm that you will only appreciate this after your event, when you realise what goes into running a successful wedding, or when planning an outside occasion.
